01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Deposits

Withdrawals

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

nagadd88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major T20 tournaments. General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the bonus-specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and incomplete may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

• One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The welcome bonus (up to ৳20,000) is available to one new player per household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times are considered bonus abuse.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using nagadd88, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair use of the Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

nagadd88 monitors account activity continuously for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice, including by suspending account access, withholding pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently closing accounts where a breach is confirmed.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

nagadd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false identity information or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player being found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player who has previously self-excluded attempting to re-register on the Platform.
• Technical, compliance, or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five to seven business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion

10 Governing Law & Disputes
